What happens to my computer when I drop it off?

The first thing we generally do is run a diagnostic on your device. If we are changing any of your data then we make sure to run a backup of the original. Once we’ve diagnosed the problem we give you a call and let you know what the best next step is.

How long do repairs take?

We work first come first serve so the sooner you can get your computer in our shop the better. Every repair time is unique to your situation, we’ll give you a call with an update if the computer is not repaired within the first two days.

Do you work on Macs?

Definitely! We repair hardware and software related problems for most iMacs and Macbooks.

Do you sell computers?

Yes! We get great deals on refurbished business class computers that we can order into our store.
