Glad I got my computer from you folks. I now have someone to turn to when I have a problem. Figuring things out on my own can be a lengthy process, often ending up at a dead end street. I knew a new computer would be worth the plunge once it was up and running correctly. I feel I've finally reached that point, thanks to your visit the other night.

Just a short note to say thank you for your service. My laptop functions now better than it has in months…hopefully, I will be able to keep it running this well.
